-No show or rescheduling*Please note that this is our lively hood and we understand that life happens and appointments may need to be rescheduled. We ask that to become a client at Maven & Mane that you leave your credit card on file in the event that an no show may arise and will cover the stylist for the appointment thats missed. If needing to reschedule the appointment please let your stylist know within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment so we can fill that slot with another possible client. The card on file WILL NOT be charged UNLESS a reschedule in not made 48 hrs before the original appointment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service total to the card on file. Day of No-shows or day of cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the service total to the card on file. ALSO PLEASE MAKE TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE PLAN TO BE AT THE SALON FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS FOR COLOR AND A MINIMUM OF 4-5 HOURS FOR COLOR AND EXTENSIONS! I WILL NOT RUSH MY WORK. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME TO FINISH YOUR HAIR TO GIVE YOU THE RESULTS YOU ENVISION!
